We would like to inform you that we made a bank transfer of the whole some today in the early morning. We are sorry for this delay but it was due to banking regulations. This took a long time and they faced unexpected problems. I phoned Mr. Mehna in the morning and told him about this. He accepted my apology and promised to tell you.
